Stops on the Connected Care America Tour will include events in partnership with state and local governments, employer events, trade shows and local community health fairs. Some mobile clinic events will be open to the public and will feature telehealth demonstrations and free "Know Your Numbers" preventive health screenings to encourage healthy lifestyles.
